BigoLive Ban Appeal After Mistaken Use of Edited Image

My Bigo Live account with the username “arbokarbo” was banned about three months ago due to an edited photo that was considered a violation. I had used an AI app to edit someone’s face and created a cheated or fake-looking photo, and I now understand that this goes against Bigo Live’s guidelines. After the ban, I read the community rules and realized my mistake. I accept that what I did was wrong, and I sincerely apologize for this violation. I have removed and stopped using such edited photos, and I will strictly follow all Bigo Live rules from now on. I am kindly requesting that you review my case and give me a second chance by lifting the ban on my “arbokarbo” account or converting it to a warning.
