Bigo Live Keeps Sending Automated Replies Instead of Reviewing My Ban

Both of my Bigo Live accounts, with the usernames “didimikk” and “asr11,” were unfairly banned. My account “asr11” was banned yesterday, and my account “didimikk” was banned on August 6. One account appears to have been flagged as “stolen,” while the other shows an action taken at Level 16 with a “sensitive” label, but I do not believe I committed any violation that would justify these bans.

Even though both of these accounts are important to me, I have not received a clear or satisfactory explanation about the reasons for the bans. Despite contacting support repeatedly through the in-app help section and other channels, I keep receiving the same automated responses. I do not feel that a real review has been conducted or that I have received any detailed response.

I request that Bigo Live thoroughly review both of my accounts again, reopen them if the bans were applied unfairly, and provide me with a clear, specific written explanation of the reason.
