On the Bigo Live app, my account with the username “Raya__🫠” was banned for 1 day about half an hour ago without any explanation. I have been streaming regularly for the past three months and have never received any warnings or penalties until now.
At the time of the ban, we were in a voice-only live stream. We were simply listening to music, joking around, and chatting normally with friends. There was absolutely no profanity, insults, adult content, arguments, threats, weapons, or anything that could violate the platform’s rules. Two of us were talking, and when a third female friend joined the room, a warning/complaint notification suddenly appeared on the screen before she could even greet me. Before I could fully understand what was happening, I tapped the screen, and then I saw that my account had been banned for 1 day.
Even though I did not violate any rules, I find it unfair that I was instantly given a 1-day ban after a single action. This situation has negatively affected both my streaming routine and my trust in the platform. I request that this 1-day ban on my account be removed immediately and that I be clearly informed of the exact reason for this penalty. If necessary, I ask that the relevant part of the live stream recording be reviewed and that this unjust penalty be corrected.
