Bigo Live App Glitches Block Messages and Streams on Huawei Y7 Pro
For a long time, I have been experiencing severe access issues while using the Bigo Live app on my Huawei Y7 Pro phone. While streams are accessible one day, they remain unavailable for three days, and for the past three days in particular, direct messaging has been completely cut off. My messages are not delivered to the recipient, nor do I receive messages from my friends.
We actively used the application to communicate with friends, and my group of 35 friends and I have been entirely unable to communicate for three days. Even though I have committed no rule violations, the app behaves as if an invisible broadcast ban or restriction has been placed on our accounts.
I request that Bigo Live remove the broadcast ban and restrictions I believe have been applied to my account, and restore my messaging and streaming features to work smoothly again. I also ask to be clearly informed about the cause of this issue and how it will be permanently resolved.
Progress
I have been experiencing serious problems with the Bigo Live app for a long time. For about eight months I have been unable to use the two-way messaging feature properly, and for days I have not been able to send or receive any messages at all. In addition, my broadcasts have been cut off for about a week and it seems that a de facto broadcast ban has been applied.
My Bigo Live account is registered under the name Mehmet Zeki Akdaşçi. I have roughly forty friends in the app, and I cannot exchange messages with them. I have not received any violation notice, warning message, or email, yet my ability to message and broadcast is restricted.
I kindly request that these technical/account issues, which are not caused by me, be investigated and that any existing broadcast and messaging bans be lifted, restoring my account to its previous state.
