Bibox Exchange Refuses to Approve Withdrawals

I've been facing consistent issues with delays and lack of responsiveness when attempting to withdraw funds from Bibox exchange. I'm having trouble accessing my 65 USDT and 40 USD worth of Atom coins. I tried to transfer one to Binance and the other to Bitforex, but it's been three days and the withdrawals are still pending approval. My funds are being withheld. Even though I fulfilled all the necessary conditions, I was unable to withdraw the USDT. When I attempted to withdraw TRX, it was unexpectedly suspended. When I tried to withdraw FIL, they insisted that the address was wrong, despite me copying and pasting it directly from Binance. It's quite frustrating—I'm involved in trading, but unfortunately, I'm unable to withdraw my funds.
