Can't Withdraw Coins from Bibox Exchange

On June 6, 2023, I initiated a USDT withdrawal, but it never arrived. Whenever I attempt to withdraw funds from Bibox cryptocurrency exchange, it states that the withdrawal is suspended. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, I can't find anyone to address my concerns. They keep giving vague assurances that the issue will be resolved, but they continue to stall. How can I trust such an exchange? I have other coins besides the withdrawal, but I can't transfer them to my wallet because they won't allow it. I'll also file a complaint with CİMER. They need to take action.
