Bibox Exchange Not Processing USDT Transfer Since May 2023
On May 30, 2023, I tried to move USDT from Bibox exchange to BTC Türk. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, the transaction has not been approved. I find Bibox's responses to be consistently unhelpful and evasive, which is quite frustrating. I have repeatedly offered to provide any necessary documents or corrections, but they continue to send the same unhelpful replies. This transaction is keeping a hold on individuals' funds. For nearly 4.5 months, I've been sending emails every day without any progress. In my opinion, it would be beneficial for the authorities to step in and put a stop to Bibox's operations in order to avoid any future problems for individuals. This situation is completely unacceptable, and Bibox must take immediate action to resolve it.
