Vodafone Charged Me ₺239 for Unauthorized Mega Miles Limited Subscription

Without my consent or approval, a Mega Miles Limited subscription was activated on my Vodafone line, resulting in an unjust ₺239 charge on my bill. I never signed up for this service, yet I am being forced to pay for it.

I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and request a full refund for the ₺239 already charged. Additionally, I want confirmation that this charge will not appear on my next bill.

Vodafone, resolve this issue now! If this unauthorized charge is not refunded, I will escalate my complaint to Consumer Protection authorities. Stop charging me for services I never subscribed to!
