Beymen Sold Me a Stella Mccartney Bag That Peeled and Refused Any Support

I bought a Stella Mccartney bag from Beymen store in Turkiye on 30 January 2024. After 8-9 use, the bag had a peeling off which was assessed by Beymen to be a fault from the customer. I use it in my daily life and any small impact even should not cause such a damage on high end brand's bag. regardless, when I asked them to send me receipt or any information proving that the bag was bought from Stella Mccartney, as I wanted to directly get in touch with them to have some support / repairs, they told me that they will not provide any other document that the receipt from Beymen itself. I asked them to help me with the repairs and they refused this as well. Now I am left without any support from both ends and if I repair it with my own decision in a random place it will even effect the future support I may get from the brand itself as it will not be found original. Even I have doubts that Beymen is sellign fake products and hence they are refusing to provide any information or refuse to get in touch with the brand themselves. I strongly discrourage customers to shop from Beymen in Turkiye as they do not provide any support and no proof that the product is original. Shop from the stores of the brands themselves.
