Beymen Reborn Delayed Listing My Bag For Weeks Without Any Update
I delivered my bag to Beymen Reborn via online shipment on 24 March from Turkey, following the delivery address they had shared with me. I was given the application number 43489 for this process. However, although almost a month has passed, my bag has still not been put on sale and no concrete progress has been made. First, I contacted them by e-mail and was informed that the process was still ongoing and would be completed soon. Despite this, days and then weeks passed without any change. I then called the call center and was told that they would get information from the relevant team and call me back, but I never received a return call. I continued to write to online support and received similar replies three or four times, stating only that the process was ongoing and that my bag would be put on sale once it was completed. During this entire period, no clear explanation was given about the cause of the delay or the current status of my bag. I find it unacceptable that such a long time has passed without a clear answer or resolution. I request that my bag be listed for sale on the online store immediately. If this cannot be done without further delay, then I request the prompt return of my bag without any additional waiting period.
