I submitted a ₺18,200 withdrawal request through the Betwoon website. Instead of being processed, my transaction was canceled, and my payment is now being withheld under the vague excuse of an “account review.”

Up to this point, I have not been asked to provide any documents, verification, or additional information. All I see is the word “under review” on my account. I contacted both the support team and via email, but the only response I received was an automatic message saying, “You will be contacted by email.” Days later, I still have no real update or resolution.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I am certain there are no problems with my account. My username is h*.

I demand that my ₺18,200 withdrawal be processed immediately and the funds transferred to my bank account without any further delays. Customers should not be left waiting indefinitely under vague “review” excuses when they are simply trying to access their own money.

Today is the 21st day and they keep saying it’s still under review. Has anyone experienced this before and managed to withdraw their money? I’d appreciate it if you could inform me.

It's been 45 days and there is no progress, they just say I will be contacted by email. I've already written off the money in my mind, but I'm curious what excuse they will come up with :)
