Betwoon Holding My ₺18,200 Withdrawal Under “Account Review” With No Updates
I submitted a ₺18,200 withdrawal request through the Betwoon website. Instead of being processed, my transaction was canceled, and my payment is now being withheld under the vague excuse of an “account review.”
Up to this point, I have not been asked to provide any documents, verification, or additional information. All I see is the word “under review” on my account. I contacted both the support team and via email, but the only response I received was an automatic message saying, “You will be contacted by email.” Days later, I still have no real update or resolution.
