I Deposited on Betwoon But They Blocked My Account and Kept My Money

I deposited ₺300 via instant transfer to Betwoon last night. Shortly after, someone named P**** contacted me, stating that the minimum deposit limit was actually ₺2000 and that I needed to top up the remaining ₺1700 to complete my transaction. I trusted the instruction and deposited another ₺1700. Then I was told the amount had to be exactly ₺2000 in a single transaction, and that only then could my money be refunded.

So, I made another deposit, bringing the total to ₺4000. But instead of processing my request or crediting my account, they told me I had become a VIP member and needed to deposit another ₺6000 to access my funds. When I said I couldn't deposit any more because I didn’t have any money left, they stopped responding. No one helped me, my money wasn’t returned, and to make it worse, they blocked my account.

I can’t see any of the money I deposited in my account. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I demand that my ₺4000 be refunded immediately. I trusted this platform, and now I’m left completely helpless. This issue must be resolved without delay.
