I Face Betwinner Bet Slip Error During France–Georgia Basketball Game

On September 7, 2025, I tried to place a bet on the France vs. Georgia basketball game on the Betwinner site. My selection was Under 16.5 three-pointers. At first, the odds were locked, so I waited. As soon as they reopened, I quickly placed my bet. However, instead of registering the bet I selected, the system automatically added a different bet type to my slip without my approval.

Because of this error, I lost out on about ₺5,400 in winnings that I should have received if my chosen bet had been processed correctly. My account is still active, but since I removed the site from my device, I no longer have the coupon number to reference. I also attempted to contact customer support several times but was unable to connect with anyone.

This is the first time I have experienced such a serious issue with Betwinner. I request that the situation be fully investigated and that my lost ₺5,400 be credited to my account. I expect Betwinner to take responsibility for system errors and ensure that players’ bets are honored exactly as placed, without unauthorized changes.
