I’ve been trying to withdraw my ₺25,000 from Betwinner for 5 days now, and they’re doing everything they can to delay the process under the excuse of KYC verification. Every time I submit the requested document, they respond by asking for something else. It's beyond frustrating—it feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying what they owe.
First, they asked for my ID—I sent it. Then they wanted my driver’s license—I sent that too. Then came a bizarre demand to photograph the license on a specific surface. I complied. After that, they requested a selfie with my ID, then another one showing my face, my ID, and their verification email open on a screen. I struggled to fit all that into one photo, and when I finally did, they said the text wasn’t readable. What next—should I own a professional camera just to get my money?
Eventually, I managed to provide that too. Then they asked for a utility bill in my name. I’m lucky I had one, because not everyone does. I sent it. Next, they wanted a residency document, which I also provided. Despite all this, they’re still stalling.
They claim it’s to fight bot accounts, but if that were true, why not request these documents at sign-up? The answer is obvious—they want users to get frustrated and give up so the site can keep their money. I’ve seen other complaints just like mine on Şikayetvar.
