My account ID number is 1306501 and my transaction reference number is 410027. Even though I entered all my details correctly and the transaction appears as “completed” in my Betwinner account, the money has still not been credited to my bank account.
A customer representative asked me to send my bank account statement, which I provided. However, no resolution has been offered so far. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I would like my problem to be resolved immediately.
I request that the withdrawal be completed promptly and that the amount be deposited into my Kuveyt Türk Bank account without further delay.
