Bettilt Lost Winnings and Manipulated Balances

I contacted live support, and they confirmed that the wagering requirements were met, and I could withdraw the balance or continue playing. When I tried to withdraw the money, they claimed my account was not verified. Frustrated, I continued playing and managed to increase my balance to 3990 lira. Once my account was verified, I attempted another withdrawal, but they rejected it and reduced my balance to 250 TL. They wiped my balance twice. I reached out to their support email and live chat, but received no response.
