Betibasta Refuses to Pay Out 2,100₺ Winnings Despite Withdrawal Request
On 21/08/2025, I deposited 1,000₺ into the Betibasta site using the Jet Havale method. I played the Gates of Olympus game and increased my balance to 2,100₺. Later that same day, I submitted a withdrawal request for the full 2,100₺.
When I joined the site through their Telegram channel, it was clearly promised that withdrawals would be processed within 30 minutes and without limits. However, it has now been over two days, and my withdrawal has not been processed.
I reported the issue multiple times to live support, but each time I only received the same generic reply: “Your request is being processed, our finance team will complete it shortly.” After that, the support agents either ignored or outright blocked me from chat. My account remains active, but my money is still withheld. No deductions or legitimate reasons have been provided.
I made this transaction from Ankara and faced no technical issues with access or gameplay. The problem is solely with Betibasta’s refusal to pay out.
I demand that the site immediately transfer my full 2,100₺ winnings (deposit + profit) to me. Players should not be misled with false promises of fast withdrawals only to be blocked and left unpaid.
