Bettilt Deposit Issue - $100 Paid But Only $70 Credited

I made a deposit of $100 into my Bettilt account on 27/12/2025, but only $70 was credited to my balance. There was no warning, error message, or clear explanation given during the deposit process that would justify this $30 difference. On 28/12/2025, I contacted Bettilt customer support via email to report that only $70 was credited instead of the $100 I deposited, and I have not received any response so far. The lack of feedback and the missing amount are causing me to lose trust in the platform. I request that the missing $30 from my 27/12/2025 deposit be credited to my Bettilt account as soon as possible and that I receive a clear explanation of why this discrepancy occurred.
