I enrolled in a trial with BetterMe, but they kept charging me on a monthly basis after that. Their customer service quickly addressed the problem. They were very caring, and understanding, and provided helpful suggestions. Even though there was a small issue, their outstanding assistance transformed my annoyance into contentment. Thank you, BetterMe, for your exceptional help.
