BetterMe Subscription Refund Problem

Please excuse my inconvenience, but I'm having some trouble with my BetterMe subscription. I am desperate to get away, and I do mean completely. I did not agree to have this money disappear without my permission, and I do not intend for that to happen. The idea of using the program once more is not appealing to me. Is it possible to terminate this subscription and get my money back without having to go through all of this trouble? Could I please get some assistance with this situation?

And to avoid any further renewals, it's necessary to cancel the subscription beforehand.
