BetterMe Keeps Charging Monthly Despite Never Using the App

I really become annoyed! I don't and have not had the BetterMe app on my phone for a very long time, I didn't even use the app lately I discovered the app is still routinely charging my card! How can an app I never use and have deactivated still take money from my account? This is utterly unacceptable! For these illegal charges, I demand a straight refund right away! I also want my credit card information totally deleted so this never happens once more. Solve this right now and reimburse me! Should this not be fixed, I will act further.
