I am deeply troubled by recurring charges from BetterMe despite not being a subscriber. Monthly deductions of funds from my credit card have left me frustrated and concerned. I urgently seek a resolution to cancel this subscription and obtain a refund. The perplexing aspect is that I have no recollection of providing my credit card details to BetterMe. Any assistance to rectify this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.
