BetterMe App Charged My Credit Card Without Authorization

On July 28, 2023, I paid 9.99 TL for the BetterMe app in the App Store. However, on August 4, 2023, my credit card was charged 199 TL without my knowledge. This unauthorized transaction has irritated me, and I demand a refund right away. I had no intention of paying such a large sum, and I'm disgusted by this deceptive action. I'm giving them a chance to correct this error as soon as possible, but if they don't refund my money, I'll take legal action. BetterMe must accept responsibility for this unauthorized charge and ensure that the refund is processed as soon as possible. This type of deceptive behavior is unacceptable, and I will not allow myself to be taken advantage of. My hard-earned money should not be taken without my permission, and I demand accountability.
