Betsmove Account Blocked Without Reason - Balance Access Denied

I have been completely unable to access my Betsmove account. I have not received any explanation or information from Betsmove regarding the reason for the blocking of my account. I was not informed about any missing or incorrect document, nor was I given any clear instruction on what I should do to resolve the situation. I request that my Betsmove account be reactivated as soon as possible and that my existing balance in the account be fully refunded to me. I expect this issue to be investigated in detail and resolved promptly, and I would like to be informed in writing about the outcome.
