Bets10 Suspended My Account After Requesting Repeated Account Statements


I've been a dedicated player on Bets10 for quite a while now, consistently making large deposits and withdrawals without encountering any problems. So, out of nowhere, I was asked for an account statement even though I had already submitted all the necessary documents before. I went ahead and submitted the statement, making sure every detail and signature was all set. So, my account got suspended, and I haven't heard anything from support since. Super frustrating! I'm completely locked out of my account, and everything I was doing has come to a standstill. I can’t help but feel ignored here. I thought Bets10 would manage my account with some professionalism. I’m just hanging tight, hoping for a quick resolution and for my account to be back up and running soon.
