I Completed Bonus Terms on Bets10 but They Closed My Account
Hello. I deposited money into my Bets10 account to claim a bonus they were offering. I fully completed the wagering requirements, expecting to withdraw my money as promised. But when I initiated the withdrawal, my request was suddenly canceled. They asked for identity verification, which I completed promptly.
Then things got worse. Instead of processing my payment, they froze my withdrawal and—without any valid reason—closed my account the very next day. I’ve been trying to contact support since then, but nobody responds with anything helpful. All I get is the generic “This is part of our standard security routine, please wait.”
Wait for what, exactly? I met all the requirements, submitted my ID, and played fairly. This feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying out legitimate winnings. I want my withdrawal completed and my account reinstated immediately. If Bets10 won’t resolve this, I’m ready to report them to their licensing authority. Does anyone know where and how I can file an official complaint against them?
