Bets10 Withheld My Winnings After Verification

I am very frustrated with Bets10 due to unexpected issues with withdrawing my winnings. I initially deposited ₺300, and my balance grew to ₺3000. When I attempted to withdraw, I was asked to provide proof of residence and other documents. I submitted everything, and the documents were approved. However, after 4-5 days, I checked my account only to find my balance had been reduced to zero without explanation.

I have no idea why my funds were taken, and I’m now questioning whether anyone has ever successfully withdrawn from this platform. This is completely unacceptable. I demand a clear explanation and immediate resolution to recover my ₺3000 winnings. Bets10 must address this issue and ensure transparency for its users.
