Bets10 Deposit Issue: ₺1000 Transfer Not Reflected in My Account

I recently transferred ₺1000 to my Bets10 account, but the money has not appeared in my balance. After the deposit, I checked my Payfix transaction history and noticed that the description in the receipt stated “cash loan received,” which was unexpected. I immediately contacted Payfix, and they claimed the issue is not on their end but rather related to the Bets10 platform.

This is unacceptable, as I made the transfer correctly and expected it to reflect in my account without complications. I demand that Bets10 resolve this issue promptly and credit the ₺1000 to my account. Additionally, clear communication and support are needed to prevent such errors in the future.
