Bets10 Blocks Funds and Access, Fails to Resolve Support Issues
I’ve been facing serious issues with Bets10 for several days now. Although my account shows available funds, I haven’t been able to use them for about five days. Every time I try to contact support, I’m either kicked out of the page or told I’ve been penalized with a "24-hour restriction," which makes no sense since it’s been far longer.
On top of that, depositing money takes an unreasonable amount of time—sometimes 5-10 hours—and withdrawing funds is even worse, with my requests repeatedly rejected. Despite following all instructions and even sending emails as directed, there’s no resolution.
Bets10, I demand immediate action to unblock my account, process my withdrawal, and fix your support system. This level of inconvenience is unacceptable, and players deserve better.
