Bets10 Blocked My Withdrawal and Took My Deposited Funds

The Bets10 site is withholding withdrawable funds under the pretense of account verification. As an explanation, they claim they require a proof of residence document. I now have serious doubts about the site's reliability. While everything was functioning normally on the 15th—I could deposit and withdraw money without any issues—on the 16th, a sudden withdrawal restriction was placed on my account, and I lost access to the funds I had deposited. I reached out to customer service, but instead of providing a clear solution, they repeated the same vague instructions. This situation has caused me significant distress.
