I requested a withdrawal of ₺5,000 from my Best10 account, but although 5 days have passed since the withdrawal request date, the payment has still not been sent to my bank account. During this period, I contacted Best10 customer support several times. In return, I only received standard e-mails stating that they are sorry and that the payment will be sent as soon as possible, but no concrete action has been taken and the money has still not been transferred. I request that my ₺5,000 withdrawal be processed and paid to my account without any further delay, and that I be given a clear and final explanation about the reason for this delay.

On June 9, 2026, around 22:05, I won 5,000 TL in a game I played on Best10 and submitted a request to have this amount transferred to my bank account. The system marked the payment as approved and even gave me the reference number “ea0kyme9r2B1BANKPAYOUT”. Normally payments are sent immediately, but despite six days passing, the money has not been deposited into my account.
After the payment was approved, they asked me for my account transaction details, which I provided, yet the payment still has not been made. The system shows “payment approved,” but I cannot receive the amount I won and no reasonable explanation is being given.
I am demanding that Best10 immediately deposit my approved winnings of 5,000 TL, registered under the reference “ea0kyme9r2B1BANKPAYOUT,” into my bank account without any further delay.
