Betpark Rejected My Loss Bonus Request Despite Meeting Conditions
On September 24, I lost a total of 2,990 TL in the sports betting section on Betpark, after which I requested a 600 TL loss bonus. However, even though I met all the conditions and provided the required documents along with screenshots, my bonus request was denied with the response, “You are not eligible.” I also contacted customer service, but no solution was offered.
I request that the bonus be credited to my account and that my grievance be resolved. My username is musti4649.
