Betpark Deleted My Balance Without Explanation

On Monday, September 15, my balance of 9,500 TL on the Betpark website was deleted without any explanation. My account had a bonus, and it was clearly stated that this bonus had no wagering or withdrawal conditions. Despite this, my entire balance was reset to zero. My username is dumanx10.

When I contacted Betpark customer service about the issue, I received vague and dismissive responses without any clear explanation. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation, and I want my grievance resolved. I also have documents showing my account transactions and related correspondence.

I expect Betpark to refund the deleted balance of 9,500 TL to my account.
