Betpark Didn’t Credit My Deposit Since Bank Account Was In My Name
At 18:40, I deposited 365 TL from my own Maksibanka account into a Betpark account opened under my sister’s name. However, even after 2 hours, the money was not credited to the gaming account.
When I contacted Betpark customer service about the issue, I was told that because the transfer was made from a bank account in my own name, the deposit would not be processed.
In this situation, I request that the amount I deposited be refunded to my bank account. My username is Umran5454. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem, and I want my grievance resolved.
