Betpark Deposit Of 195 TL By Bank Transfer Not Credited To My Account

On September 20, 2025, I deposited 195 TL into my Betpark account via bank transfer through Garanti Bank. Even though I have the receipt for the transaction, the amount I deposited was not credited to my account.

I reported the issue to Betpark customer service, but despite providing the receipt, I was told that the payment had not been received, and no solution was offered.

I request that this matter be investigated immediately and that my deposited 195 TL either be credited to my account or refunded. My username is Ozennurdan.
