Betpark Deposit Via Papara Not Reflected In My Account

On September 18 at 15:10, I deposited 500 TL into my Betpark account via Papara. However, even after 3 hours, the money was not credited to my account. My username is Zeus1.

I contacted Betpark customer service regarding the issue, and they told me to wait, but still no solution has been provided, and my grievance continues. This was my first time signing up, and experiencing such a problem has been very disappointing.

I request that my payment be credited to my account as soon as possible. I can also provide the receipt and payment proof if necessary.
