Betnano Deposit Not Credited Despite Sending Jetpay Receipt
On October 6, 2025, at 10:06 p.m., I deposited ₺1,000 into my Betnano account using the Jetpay bank transfer method. However, the money has not been credited to my account. My username is fthmms.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted Betnano’s live support team. They asked me to send the payment receipt, which I did immediately. Despite providing the document, no solution has been offered so far, and the funds have still not been added to my account. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem.
I request that Betnano transfer the ₺1,000 I deposited into my account as soon as possible and resolve this issue without further delay.
Progress
On October 21, I requested a withdrawal of 18,000 TL to my Ziraat Bank account through Betnano. I have been waiting for about 10 hours for this transaction, which I made via bank transfer. Although the amount was deducted from my account, the money still has not been credited to my bank account.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. Due to the delay, I contacted Betnano customer service; however, I was constantly stalled and asked to cancel my withdrawal request and reapply. I cancelled my request and submitted it again, but still received no result, and my transaction is still pending. My transaction number: 566514903.
I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and my withdrawal amount be transferred to my account. Reaching customer service is another problem; either they don’t answer or they keep telling me to wait during the process. Then they cancel it. Recently, I have started to experience a lot of problems on this site. I demand that my money be deposited immediately.
