Missing Winnings on BetKanyon

Despite the fact that I recently played the BetKanyon game Sweet Bonanza, my winnings have not yet been deposited into my account. I've been having problems with this issue since yesterday evening at eight o'clock, and the customer support team keeps assuring me that they're communicating with the relevant provider and opening a ticket. However, they are not doing either of these things. They're just trying to keep me on the hook. My money must be paid to me as soon as possible. Customer service appears to be more concerned with discouraging potential customers than with actually assisting existing ones. This is very disappointing to learn. It is not something I would recommend to any of you, my friends.
