Sweet Bonanza Not Paying Out Wins – No Support or Resolution

I’ve played Sweet Bonanza twice now, and despite hitting 7 matches, I didn’t receive my winnings. The first time, I contacted live support, but they couldn’t provide a solution. Today, I played again, and the same issue happened in the second game.

I even recorded my screen to prove what happened. I uploaded one video, but the other was too long to send. Still, this issue is clear—my wins are not being paid out as they should be.

I demand an immediate fix and my rightful winnings credited to my account. If this problem isn’t resolved, I’ll have to warn others about these payout issues. Sweet Bonanza, do the right thing and fix this now!
