4rabet UPI Deposit Pending for 41 Days Without Resolution

I am writing to report a serious problem with a deposit I made to my 4rabet account. On 5th May, I deposited 4,499 using UPI, but even after 41 days the money has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance. During this entire period, I contacted 4rabet customer support and informed them that my deposit was pending for a very long time. However, the only response I received was to “wait” and no concrete solution, time frame, or proper explanation was provided. I have used 4rabet successfully before, so I know how deposits normally work, and this kind of delay is unacceptable. I request that my 4,499 deposit made via UPI on 5th May be either immediately credited to my 4rabet account or refunded back to my original payment method without any further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this transaction has been pending for so long.
