Freecash Permanently Disabled My Cashouts After I Earned Hundreds

I am filing this complaint about my FreeCash account, ID 96054***. FreeCash permanently disabled my cashouts and is withholding my earned balance of $275.47 without giving a clear or specific explanation. On June 2, 2026, after completing game offers as presented in the app and successfully verifying my identity, I attempted to withdraw my earned funds for the first time. Immediately after trying to cash out, my account was restricted, and FreeCash later informed me that cashouts were permanently disabled. Support first told me I needed to provide payment receipts or transaction history for a Dice Dreams purchase. This does not apply to my account because I did not make any Dice Dreams purchases, and I did not receive FreeCash rewards for any purchase-based Dice Dreams offer. My Dice Dreams rewards were for reaching required levels within the required time frame. I explained this multiple times, but FreeCash kept sending generic replies saying I violated their Terms of Service and that the decision is final. They refused to identify the specific rule, offer, transaction, device activity, VPN activity, duplicate account activity, or evidence they are relying on to justify this action. I am not using a VPN. I am the only person in my household using FreeCash. I only have one FreeCash account, I have only one phone, and I use the app only on my personal iPhone. I did not use multiple devices, create duplicate accounts, or manipulate tracking, rewards, referrals, or offer completion. I completed the offers as they were presented in the app. FreeCash allowed me to complete offers, earn rewards, verify my identity, and attempt withdrawal, then permanently disabled cashouts and withheld $275.47 without explaining what I supposedly did wrong in concrete terms. My requested resolution is for FreeCash to re-enable cashouts and let me withdraw the full $275.47, or pay the $275.47 directly. If they refuse, I expect them to provide the exact Terms of Service provision, account activity, offer, transaction, or evidence they rely on to justify withholding my earned balance.
