Withdrawal Delayed and Still Not Credited

I am a user of the Jalwa game from Delhi and I recently faced a problem regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my account. On 22 June 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹2000 through UPI from my Jalwa game account linked to the mobile number 9310844013. The payment was made via UPI to the ID 8696140***@fam, but the amount of ₹2000 has still not been received in my account. After noticing that the money had not come, I contacted Jalwa support. They informed me that the issue would be resolved within 2–3 days, but even after this period, the ₹2000 has not been credited and the problem remains unsolved. I request that my missing ₹2000 withdrawal be checked urgently and credited to my account, or the exact reason for the failure be shared with me in writing. I also expect a clear and permanent solution so that such issues do not occur again in the future.
