Betandyou Wrongly Marked My Winning Bet as Lost – Unfair Excuses
Betandyou unfairly marked my winning bet as lost! On Saturday, I placed a bet on the England league for "4 or more fouls in each half." The bet was successful, yet they marked it as a loss.
When I contacted support, they made up an excuse, claiming that each team needed to commit at least four fouls, which was never stated in the original bet conditions. This is completely unfair! I have proof, and I will attach the screenshots below.
Betandyou, I demand my rightful winnings to be credited immediately! Players should not have to fight for fair payouts. Stop making up excuses and honor the bets as they were originally placed. Fix this now!
