BetAndYou Incorrectly Calculated My Bet Despite Win on 9.5 Under Wager
I placed a bet on 9.5 under for total goal kicks in the first half, and as seen in all reports, there were only 8 goal kicks in the first half (5-3). My bet clearly won, but when I checked my account, it was marked as a loss. I was waiting for my winnings to be credited, but instead, I found that the bet was incorrectly settled as a loss. I've attached screenshots as proof that all sources show 8 goal kicks in the first half. I request that BetAndYou recalculate my bet and credit my account with the correct amount immediately. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible!
