My Betmatik Bet Cancellation Controversy. Valid In-Play Wager Unfairly Voided

I placed an in-play bet on the Betmatik site for over 1.5 goals in the first half of the FC Tallinn vs. Tabasalu JK match at the 34th minute. The second goal was scored in the 43rd minute, and the winnings were initially credited to my account. However, the site arbitrarily cancelled my bet, claiming I placed it right when the goal was scored. I've attached screenshots as evidence.

I demand this situation be rectified immediately. Otherwise, I'll share this improper action on all platforms with documented proof. I simply want what's rightfully mine. If you've stooped so low as to cheat me out of my small winnings, nobody should bet with you.

I've repeatedly requested a callback, but they persistently ignore me. I've been using this site for 7 years, but now I'm against you until I get what I'm owed.
