Betandyou Ignoring Support Request After Account Login Failure

I haven’t been able to log into my Betandyou account for about three hours. During the two-factor authentication step, I can’t access my Google Authenticator code, so I’m completely locked out of my account. My username/email address is @gmail.com.

I contacted customer support for help and sent them a photo of my ID, as they requested, but I haven’t received any response yet. I currently have a ₺30,000 balance in my account, and I’m experiencing serious inconvenience due to being unable to access it.

I’m logging in from İzmir, Turkey, and I urgently request that my account be reopened and my balance refunded as soon as possible.
