BetAndYou Ignored My Support Request After Losing 450K 15 Days

It's been 15 days since I joined BetAndYou and I've lost about ₺450,000. My Player ID is 1103327281. Even though I lost a lot of money, the site hasn't given me any help, points, support, or a settlement bonus. Multiple times I've tried to get in touch with the team, but my requests are always turned down because it hasn't been a month since my last action.

This is a very frustrating and disappointing situation. After such a big loss, I thought the site would at least offer some kind of comfort or acknowledgement. I've been distraught for three to four days now and have gotten no help at all.

I want you, BetAndYou, to care more about your loyal players who have put a lot of money into your site. Please help me out or give me a bonus to make up for my loses. This amount of not caring is not okay.

Thanks to the Bet and You officials, they helped and took care of everything and solved all my problems. I thank the Bet and You officials and I would be happy if they give a large high promo point again, I will write again if they do.
