I am writing about a serious problem I experienced with my Bet365 account and a withdrawal that has not been paid out. Today I requested a withdrawal of ₹10,000 from my account in India. The system showed a message that the “regular withdrawal channel is currently used by a large number of people” and that it would take around 2,604 hours to process, and suggested that I use a “VIP withdrawal channel” instead. Right after that, I was informed that to enjoy the VIP fast withdrawal channel permanently, I only needed to top up ₹200, after which there would be no queue, and withdrawals would be credited immediately. Trusting this message, I topped up ₹200 as requested. However, even after this top‑up, there has been no response, and my withdrawal is still not processed. In addition, there is no proper customer support platform available for me to contact and clarify this situation. I find this situation extremely worrying and suspicious. I request that my full amount of ₹10,200 be paid to my bank or UPI account without any further conditions, and that this incident be investigated, including the VIP withdrawal message that asked for an extra ₹200. I also request clear information and a working support channel so that similar issues do not happen again.
