Bestway Inflatable Mattress Leaked Air on First Use, Return Rejected
I ordered a Bestway inflatable mattress from Trendyol on February 1, 2025 (order number #10012295324). When I first opened and inflated the product, I immediately noticed that it was leaking air. I did not observe any damage or missing parts on the box or the product itself.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I submitted a return request through Trendyol. However, after the product was sent back, on Tuesday, March 11, my return request was rejected, with the claim that there was a missing accessory, and the product was returned to me. This claim is not true. I was only sent a double inflatable mattress, and I returned exactly that same product—there was nothing missing.
I want this grievance to be resolved. I am requesting a full refund, and if necessary, I am willing to send the product back again.
