Bestway Pavillo Air Mattress Developed a Hole Within One Month
I purchased a Bestway Pavillo inflatable mattress through Trendyol about one month ago. After I started using the product, a hole formed in the mattress, and it began leaking air. Because of this issue, I contacted Bestway customer service to request repair support.
However, they told me that since I purchased the product from Trendyol, they could not assist me and were not interested in handling the issue. Even though my product is still under warranty, no solution has been offered for the problem I am experiencing.
I live in Istanbul, and I am requesting repair support under the warranty to resolve this issue. I expect assistance from the relevant departments to eliminate my grievance.
